Norfolk Southern and Central of Georgia Railroad Co. were sued Monday in Georgia Middle District Court for alleged violations of the Federal Railroad Safety Act. The lawsuit was filed by attorney J.A. Harp and Burge & Burge on behalf of Darryl Brown. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00117, Brown v. Central Of Georgia Railroad Company et al.
