John T. McDonald and Jason R. Carruthers of Thompson Hine have entered appearances for UPS in a pending ERISA lawsuit. The suit, which pertains to short term disability benefits, was filed Oct. 7 in Georgia Northern District Court by Evans Warncke Robinson on behalf of Stephen Broughton. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Thomas W Thrash, Jr, is 1:21-cv-04159, Broughton v. United Parcel Service of America, Inc.
