Burr & Forman filed a copyright infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Broadcast Music Inc., Buzzard Rock Music and other plaintiffs. The suit, for the unauthorized public performance of songs owned by the plaintiffs, takes aim at Hugh Harris and Farm to Fork Restaurants. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00141, Broadcast Music, Inc. et al v. Farm to Fork Restaurants, LLC et al.
