Removed To Federal Court

Attorneys at FordHarrison on Thursday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Marriott International to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed pro se by a former massage technician at the W Hotel in Atlanta who claims discrimination under the ADA and unlawful termination. The case is 1:22-cv-00571, Bragg v. Marriott International Inc.
