Stites & Harbison filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Boyd Company. The complaint pursues claims against Ryan Bracco and Breezco Equipment Company for fraudulently selling construction equipment valued at $115,000. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
