Counsel at Butler Snow on Monday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against RV World to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Pierce & Dunkelberger on behalf of David James Bowes, accuses defendant of selling a faulty motorhome to plaintiff. The case is 1:22-cv-00110, Bowes v. RV World, LLC.
