Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani partner Yuo-Fong Chang Amato has entered an appearance for URBN US Retail f/k/a Anthropologie Inc. in a pending copyright infringement lawsuit. The case, filed Oct. 11 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by the Sanders Law Group on behalf of professional photographer Kristine Boel, alleges that defendant lacked permission to publish plaintiff's picture on its Instagram account. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Chad F. Kenney, is 2:21-cv-04454, Boel v. URBN US Retail LLC.
