Attorneys at Chartwell Law Offices on Tuesday removed a personal injury lawsuit against BJ's Wholesale Club and other defendants to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Wilson & Johnson on behalf of Rochelle Blunt. The case is 2:21-cv-03982, Blunt v. BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. et al.
