Spirit Airlines was hit with a race-based employment discrimination lawsuit on Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Cadogan Law on behalf of Chelsia Blackmon. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 0:22-cv-62127, Blackmon v. Spirit Airlines Inc.
