Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr and Ward, Smith & Hill filed a patent suit against Hewlett Packard Enterprise, the California-based information technology company, and Aruba Networks Tuesday in Texas Eastern District Court. The suit was brought by BillJCo, which accuses the defendants of selling devices that infringe on patented Bluetooth beacon technology. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-00183, BillJCo, LLC v. Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company et al.
