Lawyers at Greenberg Traurig on Monday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Brookdale Senior Living, an operator of senior living and retirement communities, and other defendants to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by attorney Babette Joseph on behalf of a certified nursing assistant who contends that she was unlawfully terminated after seeking accommodation for a medical condition. The case is 8:21-cv-02446, Bien-Amie v. Brookdale Senior Living Inc. et al.
