Attorneys at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Tuesday removed a trip-and-fall lawsuit against CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Flynn & Gottlieb on behalf of Marla Bexley-Lovell. The case is 1:22-cv-02267, Bexley-Lovell v. CSX Transportation, Inc. et al.
