US Bank, Auto Wholesale of Boca and other defendants were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Stearns Weaver Miller Weissler Alhadeff & Sitterson, arises from plaintiff Benidt Investments/Slinger purchase of a Lamborghini. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 9:22-cv-80761, Benidt Investments/Slinger, LLC v. Zakin et al.
