GrayRobinson filed a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court targeting Hon Hai Precision Industry, the Taiwanese manufacturer better known as Foxconn, and other defendants. The suit was brought on behalf of Bell Northern Research, which asserts 13 patents related to telecommunications technologies. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-21035, Bell Northern Research, LLC v. HMD America, Inc. et al.
