Becton Dickinson, a medical device maker, sued Omnicell and other defendants Monday in North Carolina Middle District Court for alleged unfair competition and trade secret violations. The lawsuit was filed by Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and Epstein Becker & Green. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-01144, Becton, Dickinson and Company v. Omnicell Inc. et al.
