Health care technology company Koninklijke Philips was hit with a class action Monday in California Northern District Court over its recall of several CPAP and BiPAP breathing devices. The suit, which is part of an onslaught of cases linking the devices to cancer and other health hazards, is backed by Morgan & Morgan, Robins Kaplan and the Law Office of Justin Sobodash. The case is 3:21-cv-06300, Bastasch et al. v. Koninklijke Philips N.V. et al.
