Victor Vital, the managing partner of Barnes & Thornburg's Dallas office, has returned to Haynes and Boone as global chair of the trials practice group, a new position. Vital, who earlier practiced at Haynes and Boone from 2001 to 2007, rejoined on Monday. He said he was attracted to the opportunity to take on a significant strategic leadership role.
