Lawyers at Lundy, Beldecos & Milby on Thursday removed a breach of contract lawsuit against Katherine Maurus, cofounder of Blue Echo Design, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by Stark & Stark on behalf of Lisa Barker, also a Blue Echo cofounder. The case is 2:21-cv-04300, Barker v. Maurus.
