Counsel at Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg on Friday removed an insurance lawsuit against Nationwide and Ed Troy Insurance Agency to Pennsylvania Middle District Court. The complaint, which seeks coverage for business losses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, was filed by Schmidt Kramer PC on behalf of Floral Designs. The case is 3:21-cv-01486, Barancho v. Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company et al.
