Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher filed a securities lawsuit Wednesday in California Northern District Court against Bell-Carter Foods and other defendants. The suit was filed on behalf of minority interest holders in the defendant who claim they were induced to purchase their stake for $15 million based on false representations of the company's financials. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-06368, Baltequera Inc. et al. v. Bell-Carter Foods, LLC et al.
