Counsel at Strauss Massey Dinneen LLC on Thursday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against State Farm Fire and Casualty to Louisiana Middle District Court. The suit, which arises from disputed property damage claims resulting from Hurricane Ida, was filed by Irpino, Avin & Hawkins on behalf of Melinda Bailey and Michael Bailey. The case is 3:23-cv-00205, Bailey et al v. State Farm Fire and Casualty Company.
