Auto-Owners Insurance sued Alys W. Cox and Ovation Condominium Association Inc. Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court over an insurance coverage dispute. The action, filed by Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hier, seeks a declaration that Auto-Owners has no duty to defend or indemnify Ovation in an underlying personal injury action.
