Neil J. McNabnay, Jeremy D. Anderson, Adil A. Shaikh, and Lance E. Wyatt of Fish & Richardson have stepped in to represent Discover Financial Services in a pending patent lawsuit. The case was filed Aug. 26 in Delaware District Court by Gawthrop Greenwood, PC on behalf of Auth Token LLC. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Colm F. Connolly, is 1:21-cv-01218, Auth Token LLC v. Discover Financial Services.
