With its seven shareholders entering different stages of their careers, Atlanta-based law firm Ellis Funk is set to undergo a major restructuring at the end of September that will see some of its attorneys spin off to form a new firm. The firm, which has 12 attorneys, has decided not to renew the lease on the North Buckhead office it's practiced out of since 1991.
