Thomas J. Rechen and Jessica D. Bowman of McCarter & English have stepped in to represent Overwatch Aerospace and other defendants in a pending trade secret lawsuit. The complaint, filed June 21 in Connecticut District Court by Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey on behalf of drone company Ascent AeroSystems, alleges that Overwatch Defense and other defendants violated a nondisclosure agreement by misappropriating proprietary information in order to develop a coaxial drone, known as 'Pholos,' despite an underlying settlement agreement ordering the defendants to return the plaintiff's intellectual property. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Omar A. Williams, is 3:24-cv-01075, Ascent AeroSystems Inc. v. Hill et al.
