Paul Weiss has lured to its D.C. office's executive compensation practice an attorney from Akin Gump. Rebecca Coccaro joins the firm as a partner after only a year as a partner at Akin Gump. Prior to Akin she was at Sullivan & Cromwell for 22 years. Coccaro provides executive compensation and employee benefits counsel for corporate transactions. Jean McLoughlin, co-chair of Paul Weiss's executive comp group said Coccaro was the first transaction partner in the firm's D.C. office.
