Michael S. DeVincenzo of King & Wood Mallesons and James Rosenfeld and Adam I. Rich of Davis Wright Tremaine have entered an appearance for crowdfunding platform Kickstarter and Schenzen Creality 3D Technology Co. in a pending patent and copyright infringement lawsuit. The case was filed March 25 in New York Eastern District Court by Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis and Munck Wilson Mandala on behalf of Artec Europe S.A.R.L. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge William F. Kuntz, II, is 1:22-cv-01676, Artec Europe S.A.R.L. v. Schenzen Creality 3D Technology Co., Ltd. et al.
