Attorneys at Phelps Dunbar and Hall, Gilligan, Roberts & Shanlever on Thursday removed an alleged wage-and-hour violation suit against Laboratory Corp. of America, an operator of dozens of clinical laboratories, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Dalziel Law Firm on behalf of Ann Armstrong, pursues claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The case is 1:21-cv-04137, Armstrong v. Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings et al.
