National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, an AIG company, and Aero Automatic Sprinkler Company sued RJ Russo LLC on April 23 in Arizona Superior Court for Maricopa County for negligence in connection with the defendant's manufacture of a pump house. The suit, filed by Denenberg Tuffley, asserts that pick up points on the pump house detached when it was lifted by a crane for transport resulting in insured losses.
