Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders filed a trademark lawsuit Friday in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court on behalf of China-based AOK Tooling Ltd., a manufacturer of respirators including N-95 face masks. The complaint accuses Gentox Medical Services LLC of trademark infringement through the sale of counterfeit or gray market products bearing the AOK mark. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:20-cv-03627, AOK Tooling LTD. et al v. Gentox Medical Services LLC.
