Another Roundup trial began on Monday with jury selection in St. Louis in a case involving two women from Ohio and one from Oklahoma. The trial follows a string of mixed Roundup verdicts, including in Missouri, where Monsanto has won five defense verdicts but lost awards of $1.25 million and $1.6 billion. McDermott Will & Emery and Goldman Ismail Tomaselli Brennan & Baum represent Monsanto; the plaintiffs' team is Allen Stewart, Waters Kraus Paul & Siegel and Williams Hart & Boundas.
