Lawyers at Fisher & Phillips on Friday removed a lawsuit against Boise Cascade, a wood products and building materials wholesaler, to Louisiana Western District Court. The suit, pertaining to labor union relations, was filed by pro se plaintiff Larry Anderson Jr. The case is 2:21-cv-00316, Anderson v. Boise Cascade Co.
