Littler Mendelson filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Texas Southern District Court on behalf of oil and energy testing company AmSpec. The suit targets former AmSpec branch manager Bryan Mattson for allegedly misappropriating confidential information in service of a competitor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:21-cv-03073, AmSpec, LLC v. Mattson.
