Counsel at Shutts & Bowen on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the University of Chicago to Florida Middle District Court. The suit was filed by in-house counsel for AmeriFactors Financial Group. The case is 6:21-cv-01990, AmeriFactors Financial Group LLC v. The University of Chicago.
