Counsel at Bressler, Amery & Ross on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against fleet management company Insight Mobile Data Inc. and Noreast Capital Corporation to New Jersey District Court. The suit, filed by Sills Cummis & Gross on behalf of transportation and logistics company American Fuel Harvester Inc. and Richard D. Schibell, accuses Insight of delivering defective GPS tracking devices and failing to satisfy an executed master services subscription agreement. The case is 3:22-cv-02775, American Fuel Harvester, Inc. et al v. Insight Mobile Data, Inc. et al.
