Toronto-Dominion Bank, a Canadian banking and financial services corporation, was hit with a breach-of-contract class action Wednesday in New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Bursor & Fisher and other plaintiff firms on behalf of customers claiming that the bank improperly charges overdraft and insufficient funds fees. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00958, Amazing Fishstore d/b/a Krms ) Farms and Wilder Media CT v. TD Bank N.A.
