Allen & Overy has added an investment funds partner, Daisy Qi, to its Shanghai office from Beijing-based Han Kun Law Offices, marking the firm’s second lateral this year. Qi's joining follows the hire of antitrust and competition partner, Vivian Cao, to Allen & Overy's Shanghai joint operation partner firm, Lang Yue Law Firm, last week.
