Jackson Lewis filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court on behalf of All Star Healthcare Solutions. The complaint pursues claims against Craft MD and two former All Star employees for allegedly misappropriating confidential information in favor of competitor Craft. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 0:21-cv-62221, All Star Recruiting Locums, LLC d/b/a All Star Healthcare Solutions v. Ivy Staffing Solutions, LLC et al.
