Former American International Group General Counsel Lucy Fato is leading a legal department again, this time at a small company with big ambitions and a billionaire backer. Fato, 58, is serving as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of the New York City-based real estate and entertainment firm Seaport Entertainment Group.
