Aetna sued a dozen health care providers Wednesday in New Jersey District Court over alleged insurance fraud. The lawsuit, filed by Fox Rothschild, accuses the defendants of operating a fraudulent scheme of inflating charges for routine evaluations and billing for medical services that did not occur. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-20043, Aetna, Inc. et al v. Open MRI And Imaging Of Rochelle Park, P.A et al.
