Littler Mendelson filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Pennsylvania Western District Court on behalf of Aderant North America Inc., a legal software applications company. The complaint alleges that former employee Matt Yezovich violated Aderant's non-compete agreement when Yezovich took up employment with direct competitor Ping. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01323, Aderant North America, Inc v. Yezovich.
