Ford Motor Co. and Five Star Ford Stone Mountain were sued Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action was brought by The Law Office of Trey Ross on behalf of Hecareth Adefila, who contends that the key to his a 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid vehicle was missing and more damage was done to his vehicle while it was towed to and in the control of Five Star. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02715, Adefila v. Five Star Ford Stone Mountain et al.
