Attorneys at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings and Target to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by WLG Atlanta LLC on behalf of Carlos Adams. The case is 1:22-cv-04290, Adams v. Prescott et al.
