Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter on Wednesday removed a trademark infringement lawsuit against Alloy Personal Training Solutions to New Jersey District Court. The complaint, filed by the McHattie Law Firm on behalf Achieve 24 Fitness, alleges that Alloy's mark 'Stronger Together' is confusingly similar to Achieve's mark. The case is 3:21-cv-12085, Achieve 24 Fitness Limited Liability Company v. Alloy Personal Training Solutions, LLC.
