Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear partners Mark Lezama, Ali S. Razai and Brandon G. Smith have stepped in to represent Performance Designed Products in a pending patent lawsuit. The action, filed June 25 in California Southern District Court by Barnes & Thornburg on behalf of ACCO Brands and Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, seeks a declaration of non-infringement on four patents pertaining to video game controllers. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta, is 3:24-cv-01100, Acco Brands USA LLC et al v. Performance Designed Products LLC.
