Burr & Forman filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of hotel real estate financier Access Point Financial LLC. The suit pursues claims against Jeff and Jyllian Katofsky, who plaintiff alleges defaulted on two loans. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants.
