Amazon.com was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit Wednesday in Delaware District Court. The lawsuit, which asserts five patents related to an effective broadcast technique, was brought by Potter Anderson & Corroon and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel on behalf of Acceleration Bay LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00904, Acceleration Bay, LLC v. Amazon Web Services, Inc.
