Norwegian Cruise Line, the Miami-based vacation cruise line, and top company executives were hit with a shareholder class action Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court. The lawsuit, which alleges that the cruise company misled investors about the impact of COVID-19, was brought by Eggnatz Pascucci, The Grant Law Firm and Stull Stull & Brody. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:20-cv-21386, Abraham Atachbarian v. Norwegian Cruise Lines et al.
