Jamie M. McCall left his job as section chief of the Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office’s national security and cybercrime division to take on the role of partner at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check. According to a release from the firm, McCall will work in the securities litigation practice group in Radnor, Pennsylvania. He has experience with cases related to complex criminal investigations ranging from securities, tax, bank and wire frauds, to the theft of trade secrets and cybercrime.

The Charleston, South Carolina, office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd grew with the addition of special counsel Marshall Allen, according to an announcement from the firm. Allen advises clients in the health care industry on operations, corporate and administrative matters, and state and federal regulations. According to Bloomberg, Allen was previously a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson.
