Hannah is a Partner in the Contentious Trusts and Estates team at Forsters. She specialises in a full range of contentious private client matters and is highly experienced in advising professional clients and private individuals, both domestically and internationally. Hannah acts on matters involving contentious estates, contentious trusts, and contentious capacity-related matters, including in the Court of Protection. Hannah also acts on disputes relating to charities, on sanctions issues and in professional negligence claims against private client advisors. Hannah regularly works with colleagues to stress test new and on-going trusts, Wills, and nuptial agreements. Hannah is a full member of ACTAPS and of STEP.
